My interest and awareness in energy has grown over the last 2 years, since meeting Abby and this course was the perfect thing to accelerate my knowledge and actually start to put it into practice. It's a great mix of teaching and deep guided meditation to support healing, and her ability to tap into Light Language is something everyone needs to experience - I'm in awe!
