Ceremony
I feel such a draw and enthusiasm around holding people through the transitions and rites of passage of life. I consider it a huge privilege to facilitate the marking and acknowledging of these important times in people's lives. ​
From my 14-year experience as an Occupational Therapist and my passion for ritual and ceremony through my meditation, reiki and energy practices, I have unique skills that lend themselves to celebrancy. I have a love for creative writing and have enjoyed writing bespoke poems for friend's weddings and my own vows. I am empathic by nature and love to listen to people's stories which facilitates the development of a bespoke ceremony that encompasses their wants and needs. I believe that in these important moments, we should not be restricted in our wishes and therefore I pride my services on being as expansive, inclusive and holistic as possible.
Maiden to Mother & Mother Blessing
Whilst pregnant with my son Finn, I struggled to find someone to facilitate and hold space for the type of ceremony I hoped to mark the transition from maiden to mother. To honour my soul and my baby's soul during this sacred time. I wanted an equivalent to a baby shower but longed for more meaning and connection than your traditional celebration. I put together elements that I loved including oracle cards, crystal grid making, symbolic gestures, a group meditation and cacao. I also outsourced a vocal sound bath to bring the ceremony to a close. From this experience, I realised I loved putting it together and leading the flow of the activities and ceremony. I realised that I would relish offering this to others.
A celebration of becoming a mother and a new soul coming to Earth. Whether this is your first child or you are welcoming your fourth child into the family, this ceremony is a personalised experience filled with activities, rituals and symbolism of your choice.
All celebrations will include a welcome and introduction explaining the intention of the day to the importance of giving time and energy to honour the mother's soul as it embarks on this transition. Prior to the celebration, I will connect into your higher self and the higher self of the baby to bring through specific guidance and support for the day. Along with your input, we will craft something special and unique to your journey and wishes. The celebration ends with a guided meditation journey for birth preparation with ancestors, great mothers and grandmothers' support and healing.

All of what I offer can be easily adapted. It is important that we capture your beliefs and wishes in these important life events and each ceremony is tailored to you. That is why we meet at least once before the ceremony to ensure the day reflects exactly what you wish, to make it as aligned with your vision and as memorable as possible.
Naming Ceremony
Naming ceremonies are an important moment in a person and family's life and should be marked with intent and love. We can honour a new soul coming to Earth but also the journey of any soul. This could be the adoption of a child, the blending of two families or taking on a new name that feels more suitable for you and your journey - all moments in our lives should be honoured and celebrated. Something I love to offer is connecting with the higher self of the soul or souls we are celebrating and weaving any information I receive into the ceremony. This makes the ceremony unique and memorable, a perfect way to celebrate!​
