Terms & Conditions

It is your responsibility to ensure you have read the terms and conditions prior to booking with Little House of Sun (from here on referred to as LHS). Booking a service with LHS signifies an agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Location

Our healing sessions occur either at the registered property address of LHS or you the client's home, whatever is mutually agreed. The session address will be agreed after the session booking has been arranged.

The location of courses and events may vary and therefore can be found within the details of the event page.

Cancellations

For healing services and readings LHS requires 48 hours' notice of cancellation, this is due to preparation work undertaken by LHS. To ensure our clients have the most intuitively guided session we often connect prior to the session to bring through guidance. Therefore late cancellation of under 48 hours will incur a £20 cancellation charge, to cover the work already undertaken.

For courses, workshops and events LHS require a 21-day cancellation notice. Cancelling prior to 21-days entitles you to receive a full refund. If you attempt to cancel after the 21-day cancellation deadline, there will be no refund unless the event can be transferred to another client. In this instance, you will be refunded the total amount.

In the unlikely and unfortunate instance that we have to cancel an event or service, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the total amount paid for the service(s). Any additional costs you may have incurred related to the service cancellation, will not be subsidised by us. For healing services and readings we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative date and time.

You understand that any service provided should not replace medical intervention of any kind. Services provided by LHS are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, treatment or medications.
You understand that any service provided by LHS should be seen as a complimentary treatment and should not replace any medical or psychological input from registered healthcare professionals. We do not interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
The information provided to you from any of the services of LHS is intuitively guided and it is up to you the client to interpret this information as you see fit. Acting on any guidance given is the sole responsibility of the client.
All clients are responsible for their own health and well-being during and after sessions.
