I just wanted to share a little bit about why I wanted to include a blog page. I have kept a journal for a long time now. It started about the time I first started meditating, which was around 10 years ago. The majority of my journaling has been the inner ramblings of my mind, formalised on paper but more recently in the last 2-3 years it has been a place for me to document my spiritual and energetic experiences. It would be a place to document the journeys I had been on, the beings I had interacted with, the crystals and cards I had worked with. I would also draw the symbols, images and people that I saw, the channeled messages I would get from my higher self, guides and higher consciousness.
The information would relate to my own healing journey and development but I would also get through guidance for humanity in general. I also thought sharing my experiences may be beneficial for others going through a similar process. So here it is! I hope you find the information here useful, love Abby x
