Teaching Session

Service Description

In this development session, we will focus on specific topics. There will be an aspect of teaching, practice, meditation, and practical tools, mixed in with discussions to really help you hone your skills and understanding. Due to the nature of this teaching session and the focus each topic requires and deserves, we can only focus on 1-2 topics in the 2 hours provided. This service is completely bespoke so please do contact me regarding which topic(s) you want to focus on and any pre-knowledge/understanding you have, so I can tailor the session to make sure you get the most out of it.
